Now select both the subject and comment columns in the table. Select FabrikamComments in the Queries list at the left side of the window if it isn't already selected. In the External data group, click Edit Queries. In Power BI Desktop, select the Home ribbon. With the Merge Columns function in Power BI Desktop, you can extract key phrases from the data in both these columns, rather than just the comment column.
